Fatigue – possible causes

Depressive disorder is a disease that affects the body, mood and thoughts. It affects the way a person eats, alters sleep, change the manner of perception of others. If fatigue persists for several weeks, is recommended to consult a doctor.

2. Hypothyroidism
Hypothyroidism is the most common thyroid disease, which occurs when the gland fails to produce enough thyroid hormone. Thyroid hormone deficiency can affect virtually all body functions. Disease symptoms include: fatigue, weakness, joint pain, muscle pain and cramps, sensitivity to cold, constipation, dry skin, headaches and menorrhagia.

3. Caffeine consumption
Many believe that fatigue against coffee is the best remedy. Caffeine is a stimulant and improves concentration in moderate doses. But research suggests that too much caffeine can give a feeling of fatigue in some people.
Tip: Try to avoid caffeine as much as possible (coffee, tea, chocolate and certain beverages and medicines).
4. Urinary tract infections
If you ever had a urinary tract infection, you’re probably familiar with the sensation of pain. But infection is not always obvious symptoms, and in some cases fatigue may be the only sign. A urine test can detect a possible infection.
Tip: By treating the infection, fatigue will disappear.
5. Heart disease
Fatigue that occurred during daily activities (such as cleaning the house) may be a sign that your heart can cause problems. If you notice that it is difficult to perform certain actions, consult a physician.
Tip: Making certain lifestyle changes and treatment prescribed by your doctor will help control the disease and regain your energy.
6. CFS
If the fatigue lasts longer than 6 months and cannot do you daily activities, is likely to suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome. Symptoms vary, but most common is the weakness, unexplained.
Tip: Ask for help from a doctor. The body will weaken more and more if you not get the help you need.
If you suffer from a mild fatigue that has no medical reasons, exercise can help you. Studies suggest that healthy adults experiencing fatigue may become more energetic with a light exercise program.
