After taking heavy meals take snacks in between the other meal. This will help you more in gaining weight. Don drink tea, coffee more instead replaces them with juice, milk shakes and milk. Eat bread with creamy cheese, jam or honey but choose dense bread than white bread. Eat vegetables like potatoes because these are starchy ones. Corns and peas will also help more in putting on weight. Olive oil, nut butter, cheese slices contain high calories and are rich in calories amount so switch on to them and add them will you take your meals.
